Following on from their visit to Pumpkin Patch, Foundation 2 had their very own Pumpkin Festival. They invited members of staff from around the school who came to join in the fun. Today our foundation 2 class took a trip to Pumpkin Patch to explore how they grow. They had lots of fun getting lost in the long grass. Each child picked their own pumpkin to bring back to school and we are looking forward to see what they do with them next week.
Perlethorpe Education Center visited school today to teach Year 5 about the early settlers that made Britain their home.. They compared the way Saxons, Vikings and Normans established their settlements. The children got to experience lots of activities throughout the day.
